following information on a CD and/or DVD.
Please do not submit

reviewed by members of the Division of Fine
& Performing Arts
at Paradise Valley
Community College and by invited guests.

6. Technical/staging needs of work - please be as precise as possible
7. Brief description of work

Artists/Groups may submit up to THREE works for consideration.
