LEARNING CONNECTIONS
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
:

Executive Committee:
Comprised of the Chief Executive Officer of each member institution and / or their designees. This committee meets on a bi-monthly basis. The Executive Committee:
• Develops and adopts a three-year strategic plan.
• Facilitates the efforts of the focus teams and yearly events.
• Assesses progress towards accomplishment of LC Strategic Plan.
• Administers a communication network which includes an annual report, newsletters, focus group plans, meetings and meeting / activity reports.

Focus Teams:
Comprised of representatives of member institutions with an elected or volunteer chair or co-chairs. Focus teams meet regularly to:
• Establish annual goals and develop an annual action plan relating to a specific area of interest shared by each of the member institutions.
• Plan, implement and evaluate Learning Connections
"Small Victory Projects."
• Plan and implement focus team meetings.
• Report on the team’s progress and activities.
