Degree
Programs for
Learning Support Professionals
Since advanced degrees are important
for the professional development and academic visibility
of learning support center personnel, it is important to
know what advanced degrees are available and what universities
have advanced degree programs. The institutions listed below
have specific degree programs for learning support center
and developmental education personnel. In addition, almost
any university that has a graduate degree program in higher
education will accommodate a student who wants to specialize
in administration of learning assistance centers and programs.
In addition, there may be on line course offerings that
can be applied to the institutional degree requirements
as approved by a department.
