Institute/Session
Summary:
The TutorTrac Institute will be comprised of two separate sessions. The first three-hour session will cover features, scheduling, reporting and imports. A basic potential description of each topic is listed below. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions throughout the training as well as provide insight to other campus’ situations.
Part 1 - Morning Session:
Features
A brief overview of TutorTrac 3.0 and highlights of new features will be provided. It includes a review of the Preferences and settings, as well as an introduction to some Advanced Preferences and custom options. Participants will gain an understanding of how TutorTrac operates and how they can utilize new and advanced features.
Scheduling
An overview on scheduling using TutorTrac will be provided. It will cover the basics in creating availabilities, booking appointments, recording visits, and all aspects of standard calendaring. Participants will enjoy a detailed look into the scheduling features and develop a stronger understanding of the scheduling capabilities. Advanced scheduling discussion will uncover options including email reminders and customizable options when editing and maintaining the schedules. Participants will gain an in-depth view of the scheduling options, features, and capabilities. They will be equipped to employ advanced scheduling components on their campus.
Reporting
This discussion will explore all the reporting features that TutorTrac has to offer. Standard reports’ benefits will be explored and participants will understand how this information can justify and qualify your center for funding sources and programs. Advanced reporting discussion will uncover little-known reporting functions.
Imports
This topic will exhibit the basic and more advanced features of importing your data into TutorTrac. It will show the benefits of importing student, course, and instructor information from your campus SIS, as well as introduce some custom options related to the imports. Participants will develop an insight to the backend procedures and how they benefit the TutorTrac experience.
