To become a chapter, CRLA has three requirements:

• At least 25 members who sign a petition (or reply by email with name and address) that they would like the state to be a chapter
• A proposed set of by-laws for a state chapter
• Submit the petition with a list of the complete addresses and bylaws to CRLA

Thus, any Arizonans, who are currently or interested in becoming CRLA members, please send me an email with a complete mailing address, stating your interest in an Arizona chapter at rick.sheets@pvmail.maricopa.edu.
