Projects Update

SPC and PLT Approve New Planning Processes
The Strategic Planning Committee and the President’s Leadership Team have approved two important changes to PVCC’s Planning, Budgeting and Effectiveness processes: an Accomplishments Form and the FY2009-2010 Planning, Budgeting and Effectiveness Calendar. The Accomplishment form information will be used to consider the effectiveness of the institution at the end of the fiscal year and progress toward the expectations stated in the operational plans. The results will be reviewed in the fall by the Strategic Planning Team.
The form is available at https://zen.pvc.maricopa.edu/apb/ie/ie.php.

The FY2009-2010 Calendar streamlines and simplifies the processes, with operational planning and budgeting requests occurring at the same time. The aim of the new Planning, Budgeting and Effectiveness Calendar is to make operational planning more focused and meaningful, defining intentional actions. The SPC and PLT feel that the new Accomplishments Form and FY2009-2010 Calendar should improve PVCC’s planning, budgeting and effectiveness processes.

Cordially,

Mary Kay Kickels
President
