Q. What degree do I earn?
A:  An Associate in Arts degree that is transferable to colleges and universities across the country.
Q. Who should take advantage of this program?
A:  If you can perform at a beginning college level and are motivated to complete your degree in two years, this Accelerated Associate Degree Program is for you.
Q. How do I know which classes to take?
A:  One of the benefits of the program is that the courses are pre-selected and clearly outlined. You decide the classes for your major in your final term.
Q. How much will it cost?
A:  Tuition for the AAD program is the same as for any Paradise Valley Community College/Maricopa County Community College District course.
Q. Is AAD available to students receiving financial aid?
A:  Yes. Meet with a campus financial aid officer to determine your eligibility.
Q. Is AAD available to Veterans?
A:  Yes. Work with a Veterans advisor in the Admissions Office to find out your benefits.
Q. What times are AAD classes available?
A:  There is a morning program with classes beginning at 8:30 a.m. or an evening program with classes beginning at 6 p.m.
Q. How long does each class meet?
A:  Most classes meet for two hours and 40 minutes.
Q. What days can I attend classes?
A:  Mondays through Thursdays. One class meets on Monday and Wednesday. The other on Tuesday and Thursday.
