2. Select Student Record Access
3. Under Prospective Students - select Admissions
4. You will be asked to enter your Student ID number - generally the ID number is your Social Security number. The use of the Social Security number is confidential and voluntary for most students. If you choose not to use your Social Security number, please contact our operator-assisted registration at (602) 787-7000 during regular business hours to process your Student Information Form and have a Student ID number assigned. This assigned student ID number must be used for all future PVCC registration and records purposes. Students receiving federal Funding through financial aid, scholarships, loans, grants, or other financial assistance may be required to use their Social Security number.
5..Select semester of enrollment

Spring semester generally begins between January 1 and May 15

Summer I generally begins after May 15 but before July 1

Summer II generally begins between July 1 and August 10

Fall semester generally begins between mid August and December
6. Press continue, complete the form and submit.
