Paradise Valley Community College offers five registration options for students to choose from. Follow the procedure listed below for the option you choose to ensure that your registration will be complete


1   Online registration using link to the my maricopa student access website
  • If you are new to any of the Maricopa Community Colleges click on "First Time Users Start Here" and follow the instructions listed.

2   Operator Assisted (Telephone) 602-787-7000
  • All students may register and change their class schedules by telephone.

  • Students who are requesting registration for courses that require prerequisites must have the prerequisites on file prior to registration.

  • Payment by credit card can also be made by telephone. Credit cards accepted are VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover or the College Card.

3   FAX  (602) 787-7025
  • Students may FAX their registration to our office for processing at (602) 787-7025.

  • Students who are requesting registration for courses that require prerequisites must have the prerequisites on file prior to registration or FAX the prerequisites along with their registration.

  • Please include your name, student ID number, address, phone number (home and work), and the prefix and section number of the courses you are requesting.

  • You may want to include an alternate course should one or more of your courses be unavailable.

  • Please call the Admissions & Records Office at (602) 787-7020, usually within 24 hours, to verify that your request has been processed.


4   Mail
  • Mail your completed Registration Form to:

  • Please include your name, student ID number, address, phone number (home and work), and the prefix and section number of the courses you are requesting.

  • You may want to include an alternate course should one or more of your courses be unavailable.

  • Students who are requesting registration for courses that require prerequisites must have the prerequisites on file prior to registration or mail the prerequisites along with their registration.

  • If you are new to PVCC you will be required to complete the Student Information Form (PDF format.pdf format: 56K) before you can register for classes.

5   Walk-In
  • All students may register in person at the Office of Admissions & Records at PVCC during our regular office hours:

    Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
    Friday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.


  • Be sure to fill out the Student Information Form (PDF format.pdf format: 56K) (if you are a new student) and bring it with you.

  • Bring your list of desired classes (along with some alternatives) to complete the enrollment form.

  • Students who are requesting registration for courses that require prerequisites must have the prerequisites on file prior to registration.
