Last Date of Attendance
Instructors
who are withdrawing students must indicate the Last Date of Attendance (LDA) for that student and include
the appropriate withdrawal code.
NOTE:
W, Y, Z & F grades require that you indicate Last Date of Attendance
(LDA) and the appropriate withdrawal code.
The Y grade is a punitive grade and is calculated in the students
GPA.
Instructors
are our strongest link to validate and report correct enrollment. Please notify A&R immediately of
any corrections.

Roster Production and Distribution
|
All
rosters are produced based on the dates (begin and/or end) as noted on the
roster. Please review the dates
carefully.
Note:
Rosters are not always produced for every class.
You
should receive an Initial Class roster the day prior to the official begin date
of the class.
Permanent
class rosters are available at the end of add/drop week.
The
Official 45th Day Enrollment Certification Roster is available the
day after the 45th day.
Final
Grade rosters are available prior to the end date of the class.
Rosters
are distributed to the division secretary for dispersal to Instructors.

is the 45th Day? |
45th
Day is the census date used by our District
to report correct enrollment to the state for funding
Classes must meet one of the following criteria to be considered a 45th day class and only these classes will get the Official 45th
Day Roster:
- class
starts on the official 45th day
- class
stops on the official 45th day
- class
dates cross the official 45th day
- class
must also have credit hours in addition to the above criteria

There
are 4 (four) rosters, which may be issued throughout the length of the
class:

Initial Class Roster is for your information.
Class
list that includes students' address and telephone number.
- Permanent Class Roster for you to verify enrollment.

Certification Roster is the official "45th Day Enrollment"
Roster. This is used to certify correct official enrollment for the 45th day
(which is our
census date for funding)
This must be returned
- Official Final Grade Roster
This is to grade the students
This must be returned

an updated listing of your class enrollment, call

| Corrections
|
Corrections may include:
- Withdrawing students who have stopped
attending or never attended
- Reinstating students who have been withdrawn
by the instructor
- Notifying A&R of students who are
attending class but do not appear on roster
Correction
Notification to A&R:
You may use the clean-up rosters you receive to make
corrections. Follow the instructions on the memo attached to each roster.
Policies
related to enrollment:
- Students may not attend your class without being officially enrolled
