Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are free of charge, to view your unofficial transcript on-line , click on Student Records. If you are a first time user you must first set up a pin number by accessing "Pin Maintenance." If you have questions, contact Admissions and Records at 602-787-7020.

Official transcripts require a $5.00 fee for each copy being requested. Transcripts provided to other Maricopa Community Colleges are free.

To obtain an official transcript, or to have your transcript sent to another college you may:

Make your request in writing, either in person or by mail. Print and include your name, social security number, address, telephone number, and the complete address of where the transcript is to be sent and your signature. Please include the appropriate fee for the number of transcripts you are requesting and make your check payable to Paradise Valley Community College. Requests by mail should be addressed to:

FAX your request to (602) 787-7025. Print and include your name, social security number, address, telephone number, and the complete address of where the transcript is to be sent and your signature. Please include a credit card number with the expiration date and your signature on your request.

Request an official transcript online. Transcripts provided to Maricopa Community Colleges are free. There is a $5.00 charge for all other official transcripts requested online. No refunds will be processed for transcripts ordered through this method.
