My transcript from the college/university listed above has been received in PVCC's Admissions and Records Office. I understand that any transfer credits accepted by PVCC will appear on my PVCC official transcript only as the college/university name, and the total number of credits PVCC accepted from that college/university. If I want a listing of the specific classes taken there, I will need to request a transcript from my previous college/university. The PVCC advisors can help me determine how any transferred credits may be used toward a PVCC degree.

PLEASE re-evaluate how PVCC first evaluated my transcript from the college listed above. I have sent a photocopy of the course description for each course I wish re-evaluated. Each course description is from that college's catalog in effect at the time I completed that course.
