1. Admissions and Records — Update your Student Information Form, if you have any change in address, telephone, declaration of major, etc.

 Transcripts – Students transferring to PVCC may use an unofficial transcript to verify prerequisites completed at another institution. Students seeking a certificate or degree from PVCC need to have

2. Assessment Center — Complete assessment (placement testing) if you have not previously tested, or if your scores are older than two years, and you are enrolling in your first English, Reading or Math course, or any course for which English, Reading, or Math is a prerequisite.
