Admissions and Records — Update your Student Information Form, if you have any change in address, telephone, declaration of major, etc.

Transcripts – Students transferring to PVCC may use an unofficial transcript to verify prerequisites completed at another institution. Students seeking a certificate or degree from PVCC need to have

Assessment Center — Complete assessment (placement testing) if you have not previously tested, or if your scores are older than two years, and you are enrolling in your first English, Reading or Math course, or any course for which English, Reading, or Math is a prerequisite. iGoal – a tool which helps students identify their career and educational goals. https://igoal.pvc.maricopa.edu/igoal/

Faculty – meet with appropriate faculty for additional information about your chosen major.
(Faculty hours may be limited during summer sessions)

College Safety – Obtain a free Parking Permit and Student I.D. An I.D. is required to access many services including Computer Commons, Library, Fitness Center. (I.D. is required for all nursing students) KSC 126 (602) 787-7900
