MIke Reynolds Baseball June 6, 2012 FORMER PUMA SELECTED IN 2012 MLB DRAFT Former Puma Mike Reynolds (2011) was selected on June 6 in the 2012 MLB First-Year Player Draft. Reynolds was selected in the 20th round by the New York Yankees. Reynolds started his college career in 2010 at St. Mary’s (CA) before becoming a Puma for the 2011 season. While playing shortstop for the Pumas, Reynolds received First Team All-Region honors as well as First Team All-ACCAC honors after batting .389 with 28 doubles and 29 stolen bases . Reynolds transferred to Texas A&M and played for the Aggies in 2012. Reynolds was previously drafted during the 2011 MLB First-Year Player Draft. He was taken in the 30th round by the Baltimore Orioles. Congratulations Mike!
