SOFTBALL OPEN TRYOUT SATURDAY, MAY 18 The Paradise Valley CC softball program will be conducting an open tryout at 9:00am, Saturday, May 18, 2013. Sign-ups for the softball tryout will begin at 8:00am. The tryout will be held at the Paradise Valley CC softball field. Each player must provide their own workout clothes, spikes and glove. PVCC softball will provide bats, balls and other needed equipment for use during the tryout. IMPORTANT Each participant will need to complete an Assumption of Risk Form and a Contact Information Form. If the student-athlete is under 18 years of age, a parent must also sign these forms. The forms must be on hand and signed to be eligible to participate. You can download the forms below. Also required to participate is a copy of a physical dated within the past year. Physicals dated prior to May 18, 2012 will not be accepted. Physicals must include Doctor’s signature and clearance to participate in athletics. PVCC Athletic Trainers will be present to clear participants. Anyone without the appropriate paperwork will not be allowed to participate in this tryout. 2013 Softball Tryout Forms Please call or email with any question.
