PVCC at Black Mountain is a satellite site of PVCC located on 60th Street just south of Carefree Highway in the northern part of Maricopa County.

Dual Enrollment and Puma College Connection [formerly known as Early College]
Dual Enrollment is a program that provides the opportunity for ambitious high school students to earn both high school and college credits. Through Dual Enrollment, students can take specified college level courses at the high school during regular school hours. Puma College Connection is an exciting two-year program designed to allow motivated high school students, with good academic and attendance records, to get a jump start on college. The program allows high school to opprotunity to complete up to 35 semester hours of lower division general education coursework that then may be applied to their Associate's degree or University program. Black Mountain Partnership
Black Mountain Campus is a multi-generational facility providing lifelong learning opportunities, community services, plus health and wellness programs. A partnership among Paradise Valley Community College, Desert Foothills YMCA and the FCF (Foothills Community Foundation), the campus is designed as a neighborhood-gathering place for people of all ages to exercise both their minds and bodies.
It is located at the foot of iconic Black Mountain at 60th Street, just south of Carefree Highway. The partners share a vision of bringing together the surrounding northeast valley communities of Carefree, Cave Creek, Anthem, north Phoenix, and north Scottsdale by providing education options, meeting spaces, and recreation facilities in one central location.
PVCC at Black Mountain, a Maricopa Community College, puts higher education within reach of the Valley’s north central and northeast communities with both credit and non-credit classes. Adjoining PVCC is the FCF-Holland Community Center, which includes headquarters for the foundation, My Sweet Blessings Bakery, and meeting spaces for nonprofit community groups and its partners. The state-of-the-art Desert Foothills YMCA offers quality health and fitness opportunities, swimming, climbing and sports venues plus endless programs for kids, teens, and adults.
