Turn off Pop Up Blocker
For Internet Explorer
- Click on Tools
- Move the Pointer down to Pop Up Blocker
- Slide the Pointer over to Turn Off Pop Up Blocker, Click on Turn Off Pop Up Blocker
For Firefox
- Click on Tools
- Move the Pointer down to Options, Click on Options
- Click on Content
- Click on the Box next to “Block pop-up windows”, this should un-check the box.
- Click OK
For Safari
- Click the Safari menu on the top.
- Scroll down to the pop-up menu
- Click on “Block Pop-up windows”
- Un-check the box.
For Google Chrome
- Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
- Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux; Settings on a Chromebook).
- Click the Under the Hood tab.
- Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
- In the "Pop-ups" section, select "Allow all sites to show pop-ups."
Sign up for Tuition Payment Plan
- Go to www.my.maricopa.edu
- Click on login and log in to your student center using your MEID and password.
- From Student Center, Scroll down to Finances click on payment options
- Select Pay by Monthly Payment Plan
- Select Payment Plan next to the semester for which you would like to set up a payment plan. Note: If pop-ups are blocked the next window will not appear. Make sure your computer will allow pop-ups on this site.
- A new window will open with NBS eCashier Automatic Payment Program. Thoroughly read the information on this page.
- Click Proceed
- Fill out the following information: a. Personal email address b. Name, address and email address of the person responsible for making the monthly payments c. Create access code
- Click Proceed
- Choose a payment plan a. Review the scheduled monthly payments
- Click Proceed
- Choose Your Payment Method a. Bank Account Withdrawal or Payment from Credit Card
- Enter Payment Information Banking information for ACH payments (withdrawal from checking/savings account) – bank name, address, telephone number, bank routing number and checking or savings account number Credit Card information for credit card payments – credit card number and expiration date If you require further assistance please call, 1-800-609-8056.
Print the Student Account Statement
Account Statements have account charges, any payments made, and the class schedule for each semester. This can be useful if you are seeking tuition reimbursement from an employer.
- Log into Student center at my.maricopa.edu
- Scroll to the Finances section.
- Select Account Inquiry, under My Account.
- Select the print icon next to the semester you would like to view.
- A new window will pop up that is printer-friendly.
Print a Receipt for Tuition
- Go to the website: my.maricopa.edu
- Click on Login: Enter MEID and Password
- Scroll down to Finances a. Click on the drop down box and select Account Activity b. If more than one campus has been attended, select the drop down box to select campus under View By c. Select the Term to show activity of request
- Select File, and Print Preview to make sure all information fits on screen. a. In the print preview, this page can be adjusted to fit all information if needed.
E-Check Payment Instructions
- Go to: www.my.maricopa.edu
- Click on login
- From Student Center, Scroll down to Finances click on Payment Options
- Select Pay By eCheck
- Select ECheck under Full Payment by eCheck section a. Note: If pop-ups are blocked the next window will not appear. Make sure your computer will allow pop-ups on this site.
- A new window will open with NBS eCashier Automatic Payment Program. Thoroughly read the information on this page.
- Click Proceed
- Fill out the following information for the responsible party: a. Personal email address b. Name, address and email address of the person responsible for making the monthly payments c. Create access code
- Click Proceed
- Fill in banking information.
- Click on Proceed If you require further assistance please call, 1-800-609-8056
Credit Card payment instructions
- Go to: https://secure.touchnet.com/C20007_tsa/web/login.jsp If you are paying for your own tuition, login with your MEID and password. If a student has added you as an authorized user, login with your email address and password. If you have only attended one campus, skip to step 4. If you have enrolled at multiply colleges within Maricopa, please choose the campus that you would like to pay from the drop down menu.
- Select the Go box.
- Select the “Make a Payment” link.
- Verify that the correct campus is selected and continue with “Make a Payment”.
- Choose either “Pay by term” (to pay all charges for the semester) or “Pay by line item” (to pay specific charges, such as a transcript fee or a parking fine)
- Select the box next to your selection and select “Continue”

Select a “Payment Method”
- If you have saved card information, you can select it here
- If you don’t have saved information, select “New Credit Card” and enter the card details
- Select “Continue”
- At the “Payment Confirmation” screen, verify the information presented and then select “Submit Payment”.
- View or print your receipt.
