CCSSE Benchmark and Specific Items Addressed – Please identify and list the benchmarks or specific CCSSE items that your department will be addressing.


Proposed Activities–List the proposed activities that will be implemented to increase student engagement and/or provide additional support for students.


Division/Department Team–Please list the names of the faculty/staff that will be involved. Division/department wide involvement is highly encouraged.


Timeline – Please provide a timeline for the implementation of your CCSSE Student Engagement Action Plan.


Budget–Most new initiatives can be done without additional funding. However, there is a limited amount of “seed” funding available for plans. Please try to work within the confines of your departmental budgets. Why do you need the funding and how will it utilized?


Report – An Action Plan Report should be submitted no later than April 25, 2007. If your project is not tied to the academic calendar and will not be completed and evaluated by April 25, submit a preliminary report to be eligible for the 2007 CCSSE Student Engagement Awards and submit your final report upon completion.
