Board for pastel - may use piece of foamcore or masonite drawing board with clips and carrying handle.

Metal Clips (4 or more) or Masking tape

Paper Towels - Viva

Kneaded eraser

Pastel Pencils - Carbothello or Conte, etc.(can buy individual pencils. Several different colors available)

Glassin paper or tracing paper to protect pastel painting in transit.

Spray – Workable Fixative (optional)

Pastels –  Some pastel brands are:

Instructor has some pastels available for class use also.

Paper: You may choose among

Canson - bluegray, graygreen, dark green or maroon, dark sand.

Art Spectrum – Colorfix paper (sample sets of 9x12 or single large sheets, paper is toned different colors)

Wallis paper

LaCarte

Watercolor paper,  pastelboard, etc.
