Bristol Regular or a lightly textured surface. You do not want heavy texture or plate texture for this class.
You may also use sketchbook paper.

o Pencils should be sharpened before coming to class

Kneaded eraser and White Vinyl Eraser (battery powered eraser optional)
HB Graphite Pencil
Ruler
Clean, white washcloth or equally soft white cloth
Small soft drafting brush OR soft hardware 1 inch or 2 inch brush. Even a soft makeup brush works.
Notebook, 3-ring binder or sketchbook to keep notes and handouts
