Continuous Compression CPR (Hands-Only CPR) (Q120A)

Details:
Also known as Hands-only CPR. In an effort to make CPR more accessible to employees, this brief 60 minute hands-only CPR sessions includes a short lecture, practice and an introduction to the use of an automated external defribulator. Although the participant will not receive a certification from the class, they will walk away with the ability to perform CPR on an adult that has had a sudden cardiac arrest.

AED/CPR (Heartsaver) (Q120A)

Details:
This CPR and AED program teaches the principles of basic life support for adults. It gives you the latest guidelines for CPR and emergency cardiac care, starting with how to assess the scene of an emergency and take stock of the victim's condition. The course details how to perform one-rescuer CPR and rescue breathing, and how to manage choking in a conscious person. It also addresses infection control.
