1. Spring Meeting
   • Spring Meetings will be at Noon every other Wednesdays
     
   • First Spring Meeting is Wednesday, January 24th @ 12:00pm
   
   
   
2. Fundraising
   • Concessions at the University of Phoenix Stadium (Cardinal games & other events)
     
   • Spring Car Wash
     
   • Otter Pop Sale
   
   
   
3. Ashley will be the PTK rep for SLC

4. Adopt-A-Family
   • Go to SLC and pick a gift card to buy a gift for a needy family
   
   
   
5. Forest Clean Up @ Saguaro Lake
   • December 16 8:00am – Noon
     
   • Meet in school parking lot @ 7:00am
     
   • Bar-B- Q to follow

6. Officers Email Meeting over break
   • Share any ideas or thoughts over email

1. 5 Star Process We are currently at 4
   • We still need to implement 4 Honors Study Topic Projects. At least 2 must             incorporate the Leadership and Fellowship hallmarks.
   • We still need an entry for the leadership Hallmark award.
     
     
2. Regional Leadership Conference and AZ Honors Institute
   • October 20-21, 2006 @ Chandler-Gilbert CC
   • We will meet at PVCC and car pool
     
     
3. Induction Ceremony October 25, 2006 12:30pm
   • Location to still be announced
   • We will need 3 volunteers to read at ceremony.
     
     
4. Chapter T-shirts and patches
   
   • Still working on design
   • Spencer volunteered to help with artwork.
     
     
5. Operation Green must be completed by November 30th ,2006
   • Salt River Clean up
   • Invite environmental club on campus to help for fellowship and service.

1. Phone a thon
   
   • We will call all potential new members to personally invite to becoming a member.
   • We will be spitting the list of potential new members between the officers
   • Our goal is to hit platinum membership level, ( 20% increase in new memberships over last year). Approximately 75 new members.
     
     
2. Rock & Roll Paint-a-thon team for Oct 28th
   
   
   • Great service project but it was decided to pass on this event due to timing.
   • Ashley to find out if there will be another date in the spring.

1. Fellowship Report
   • Spencer to set up an event with our sister chapters and report back next meeting.
   • Student Leadership Murder Mystery party Oct. 27th . We are invited.
     
     
2. Scholarship Report

   • Spencer observed, “Gender and Power in Relationships” by Dr. Pepper Schwartz

   • Public Relations officer
   • ALL NON OFFICER MEMBERS THAT ATTEND THE FULL MEETING OR HONORS SATELITE MEETING WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN DOOR PRIZES. M EMBER MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
   • WE ARE ASPIRING TO BE A PINNACLE GOLD CHAPTER.

4. PTK Flag & T-shirt making contest
   • We need a flag for our Chapter. It must have our Chapter name Alpha Omicron Chi and the PTK logo. The background of the flat will be gold.
   • Design deadline is Tuesday, September 12 at the 10:30am meeting. Please bring ideas and sketches to this meeting.
   • We will vote at our social gathering meeting on Wednesday, September 27 at 12:30pm.
   • The winner will receive a t-shirt with the new design and a $25 gift card.
