  4. Good as Gold week Nov 13-16th
When we tried to prep for the PTK Drawing, we found out that there are strict school rules on what can be given away. We started the prep for the event too late which caused for poor communication and follow through. It is a good idea to do next year but we will need to start prepping for it much earlier than a couple of days before. Everything should be set in motion the week before and Advertising for the drawing should be printed and posted the Monday before the week. The whole idea behind this promotion is to get PTK Name recognition out onto the campus and general school population. We would like PTK membership to be a goal for students to strive for.

  5. Founders Day Nov- 19th
Marina is to get petty cash and purchase cakes, napkins, forks, and plates from Costco. She will deliver them the school by 10:45am. Set the table and have everything ready to go by 11:00am. Scott will man the table and pass out cake. We will have a chocolate cake and vanilla cake.
