*Special Service requests such as oversized originals, laminating, etc. will be sent to our off-site facility. The Copy Center personnel will determine which overflow work must be sent to our off-site facility.

Electronic Copy Requests
You can submit your requests electronically by following these steps:

1. Open the e-form Copy Request Form

2. Save the form to your Desktop

3. Fill out the highlighted parts of the form

4. Email your completed Copy Request Form as an attachment to copycenter@paradisevalley.edu

Manual Copy Requests You can manually complete the Copy Request Form at the Copy Center counter.

• We ask that you avoid using “ASAP” when filling in the time/date due section.  Please fill out the form completely and be as specific as possible.

• Reminder - copy requests require a 24 hour turn around time and a 48 hour turn around time during the semester start up rush.
