- Properly arrange memos, letters, tables, reports and manuscripts, while showing improvement in speed/accuracy. (OAS102)
- Identify and use the essentials of good grammar, to include word choice, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, sentence structure, and correct English. (OAS108)
