Diversity challenges cultural norms and makes us think. Being a part of a diverse campus helps students to communicate more effectively with an increased awareness and sensitivity to those around them.
Diversity strengthens the community and prepares students for the workforce in a complex, pluralistic society. It helps students to judge on character and accomplishments.
At Maricopa Community Colleges diversity is our strength. Our faculty, staff and students are multi-cultural and multi-lingual. They reflect the society in which we live.
