The Employee & Organizational Learning Coordinating Team (E&OLT) integrates
and coordinates with the Faculty DevelopmentCommittee and the Staff DevelopmentCommittee
to plan, promote, implement and evaluate learning opportunities for the college’s employees.
The E&OLT also plans the annual PVCC All-Employee Meetings and coordinates the
development and implementation of employee development activities.
