Stage Two: College-wide Review Team Consideration of "Beliefs, Forces and Basic Questions"

Responsible Parties: Employee and Organizational Learning Team and College President

Timeframe: September 2001

Steps:

  • College-wide Review Team is formed.

  • E&OL Co-chairs facilitate 1-2 meetings of the College-wide Review Team to discuss, understand and evaluate the "Beliefs, Forces and Basic Questions."
    • Comments and suggestions are forwarded to the College President by the College-wide Review Team.

  • College President facilitates a parallel meeting with college Deans and Associate Deans to discuss, understand and evaluate the "Beliefs, Forces and Basic Questions."
    • Comments and suggestions are provided to the College President.
