Responsible Parties: College President, Deans and E&OL Co-Chairs

Timeframe: November 2002

Steps:

  • President convenes an "Administrative Leadership Structure Review Team" meeting.

  • Team provides comment and suggestions to the College President.

  • College President modifies administrative leadership structure as necessary.
