March 2, 2009 – PVCC at Black Mountain is undergoing the rough-in of underground utilities, which includes the installation of the sanitation sewer, storm drain, fire hydrant, plumbing and electrical. The stem wall foundation construction continues with structural steel scheduled to be delivered by the end of February. PVCC’s part of the community project is targeted for completion by fall session. |
