Wednesday, April 10 - Kick-off session
The purpose of this session is to discuss goals of the update, gather further information about the College, and seek input from the committee. (Planning Committee)

Update on project presented to Strategic Planning Council - open to all campus

Wednesday, May 1 & Thursday May 2
Smith Group on Campus (all day)
In order to increase the opportunity for input from the committee and the rest of the campus community, the Smith Group has offered to spend some additional time on campus. On Wednesday, May 1 (in B 204), and Thursday, May 2 (in B 151a), the team from Smith Group will be working here from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. during which time they welcome "walk-in" visits from the committee and any one else interested in the project.

The Facilities Master Planning Committee will meet on Wednesday to review and discuss the options prepared by Smith Group. In addition, on Thursday a summary of the Wednesday meeting will be presented to any committee members unable to attend the Wednesday meeting.

Fall 2002 Dates


Thursday, September 19
The SmithGroup has been scheduled to present a review of PVCC's Facilities Master Plan on Thursday, September 19 from 2:00 to 5:00 and Friday, September 20 from 8:30 to noon, both in B 204. These dates/times were selected on the basis of SmithGroup's availability. They have graciously agreed to hold two separate sessions to accommodate our schedule.

There will be a formal presentation each day, Thursday at 3:00 and Friday at 9:00. Everyone is invited to attend one of the sessions, or stop by when you have a free moment.
