Academic Appeal (General) = GPA Requirement Not Met
Students who have not maintained Standards of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) (Grade Point Average & Pace or GPA alone) will be required to submit this appeal form as well as complete the steps outlined in the workshop. To Avoid Delays, carefully read the appeal form and submit ALL required components and documents.

Pace of Progression Appeal Form = Failure To Complete At Least 67%
Students must submit the Pace Appeal form if they have not maintained Standards of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) by successfully completing 2/3 (66.67%) of all attempted course work as well as complete the steps outlined in the workshop. To Avoid Delays, carefully read the appeal form and submit ALL required components and documents.
Maximum Timeframe Appeal 2012-2013 = Exceeds Maximum Timeframe
A student who has attempted more than 150% (90 credit hours or more) of the credits needed to complete their program of study at PVCC will be required to request an Academic Extension to maintain financial aid eligibility. The Academic Plan Restricted Course List (RCL) must be completed with an Academic Advisor. Student may only enroll in classes listed on the RCL or risk voiding their appeal.
Addendum to Academic Plan
Student may submit an Academic Plan Restricted Course List Addendum (RCLA) if the original RCL needs modification. To Avoid Delays, carefully read the RCLA and follow all directions.
