your "Drill Sergeant" as she leads you through a non-stop
conditioning class that bypasses the boredom of everyday workouts.
This class has it all -- cardio, strength, core conditioning, and

| Aerobics: Cardio Adventure |
Looking for an all over body workout? This class will work all the major muscle groups, improve cardio level, increase flexibility and balance, giving you a well-rounded workout. Variety and easy to follow combinations make this calss fun! This calss will provide a variation of formats that will include kickboxing, high impact and low impact aerobics, interval, circuit, floor work, isolatio, strenth training, core training and Nordic Walking. Aerobics:
Cardio Sculpt |
This
class will provide a variety of formats to work all the major
muscles in your body, improve cardio level, increase flexibility
and balance that will include steps, Nordic Fitness Walking,
powerwalking, circuit stations, stability, medicine balls,
elastic tubing, dumbell weights, balance equipment, and calisthetics.
All formats can be modified to fit various fitness levels. Back

Stretch and tone takes a holistic approach to fitness, while increasing flexibility, strengthening muscles, improving overall balanceand preventing injury. The purpose of this class is to improve functionall fitness, physical apperance and health. Back to schedule |
Aerobics:
FITMOVES Circuit Training |
FITMOVES
circuits are the most effective way to combine cardio conditioning
and functional strength training. The class format uses medicine
balls, stability balls, dumbells, rubber tubing, and balance
equipment. The diverse application allows participant to enhance
motor skills, cardiovascular fitness, build muscles and bones,
improve flexibility and body awareness, postuarl awareness and

Aerobics:
Cardioblast |
High
energy workout involving choreographed movement patterns on the
Step, a perfect workout for cardiovascular endurance training
and strength conditioning. Some high/low impact aerobic activity
may be added for fun and variety.Back

Aerobics for Seniors |
Formatted for older adults with music and class tempo appropriate for those over age 55. Includes flexibility exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, and strengthening and toning exercises. Back to Schedule. |

Low Impact Aerobics |

| Group Exercise for Fitness Center Members |
Section 4310 is for students concurrently enrolled in any Fitness Center section during the current term. By enrolling in this section, you may attend any of the following PED101AF sections: 4312, 9303, PED204AF 9307 or 9310 (space permitting). Note: to guarantee a spot in a specific class, you must enroll in that section. This class will be taught at an introductory level during the first three weeks of the term. |

Sneakers |
Have fun and move to the music
through a variety of exercise designed to increase muscular strength,
range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held
weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for
resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. |
