Stability Ball Hamstring Curls: Tuck Ins, Pike Ins, & Tuck Press to a Pike
This is an excellent core exercise. This exercise will strengthen your abdominals, back, legs, and upper body. All movements should be performed in a controlled manner. Remember to breath continuously throughout the exercise. All exercisers should receive a physicians clearance before attempting any exercise program.
