Outstanding Alumni Award 2012
Call for Nominations
Paradise Valley Community College is accepting nominations for its annual Outstanding Alumni Award.
An alumnus/a (former student who has completed a minimum of 24 credit hours at PVCC) who has demonstrated one or more of the following:
1. Outstanding achievement in his or her profession or career.
2. Outstanding volunteer service to the community (give examples).
3. A continuing commitment to the PVCC values of life-long learning and/or positive social change.
4. Outstanding role model of service to or engagement with the PVCC community.
Nominations may be submitted by any PVCC/MCCCD employee, PVCC alumnus/a, or community member using the nomination form (download Word or PDF format) or by using the online form. Self-nominations are permitted.
Nominations are due by October 19, 2012 to the PVCC Office of Development and Community Relations.
