Call for Nominations

Paradise Valley Community College is accepting nominations for its first Outstanding Alumni Award.

Criteria:
An alumnus/a (former student who has completed a minimum of 24 credit hours at PVCC) who has demonstrated one or more of the following:
1) Outstanding achievement in his or her profession or career
2) Outstanding service to the community
3) A continuing commitment to the PVCC values of life-long learning and positive social change
4) Outstanding role modeling or volunteer service to/engagement with the PVCC community

Nominations may be submitted by any PVCC/MCCCD employee, PVCC alumnus/a, or community member using the nomination form (download Word or PDF format) or by using the online form.  Self-nominations are permitted.

Nominations are due by Tuesday, November 1, 2011 by 5 pm to the PVCC Office of Development and Community Relations.
