The Desktop Support team of Mark Garcia, Jesse Munch, and Eric Von Boven utilize their years of experience and education to provide on-site Technology support for faculty and staff including:
- Identification and solution of IT problems, and suggestions for future prevention.
- Communicating best practices in the use of IT hardware and software.
- Workstation installation and configuration of software, updates, and patches.
- Setting up of new PCs and the transferring of user’s profiles from old PCs.
- Examining and reporting of software and hardware faults, and repair options.
- Immediate response to urgent IT problems, including work-stoppage issues and classroom emergencies.
