Creating a Filter in Memo (email)

 
1. Open Firefox or Internet Exporer
2. Type http://pvmail.maricopa.edu in the location bar
3. Click on Secure WebMail Email Access link
4. Log into your account

5. Select Personal (Under the Folders section)
6. Select Create New Folder button
7. Name your folder Announcements

8. Select the OK Button to save the folder name
(your folder should appear in the upper box)

7. Click on the Preference setting on the left side of your settings section

8. Select Filters

9. Click on New Filters

10. Name your Filter Announcements
11. In the IF section Select the Check box
Change the From/Sender selection to TO

Copy & Paste the following email
DL-MARICOPA-ANNOUNCEMENTS@memo.maricopa.edu

12. Scroll down to the Then section filter5
Click the check box for Move Folder
In the Drop menu select the Announcement folder
 

13. Scroll to the top of the filter section

Select OK to save

Your filter will now show in the top Filter section
