HelpDesk provides the campus with a single point of contact
for a variety of technical issues. This information is then
distributed to the correct area or employee in the IRTS department
to resolve the problem.
A Helpdesk request can be submitted by phone, online, or by
e-mail. Below you will find a printable information form, this
form includes information we will need from you when you make
a helpdesk request. This information will help us expedite your
