The helpdesk is the liaison to technical and functional departments to help students, faculty and staff resolve technical issues.

Note - IRTS pays for all black and white toner. Departments who purchase color printers are responsible for paying for their own toner. The Campus Helpdesk will order the color toner, but the department will need to provide an account code for a fund transfer.
