The helpdesk provides the campus community with a single point of contact for a variety of technical issues.

 

Services

The helpdesk is the liaison to technical and functional departments to help students, faculty and staff resolve technical issues.

There are a few items that can be resolved directly by helpdesk personnel via a phone call. Some examples are:

• Application (SIS, HRMS, Blackboard, email) or network login issues
• Create email accounts and distribution lists
• Very simple computer or printer problems that may not require a technician’s visit
• Provide printer toner for black & white units

Hours of Operation

Regular Semester:

Monday-Thursday, 6:30 am to 7:00 pm
Friday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm

Summer Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 6:30 am to 7:00 pm
Friday, 6:30 am to 1:00 pm
