The HelpDesk provides the campus with a single point of contact for a variety of technical issues. This information is then distributed to the correct area or employee in the IRTS department to resolve the problem. A Helpdesk request can be submit by phone, online or by Email. Below you will find a short information form which will help us expedite your HelpDesk request. (You may want to print the form and keep it next to your computer.)
