Change Memo Password:
1. Open Netscape (NOTE: Web Mail will not work in Internet Explorer on a Mac) You must be on Netscape 7.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 6 or higher)
2. Type http://pvmail.maricopa.edu in the location bar
3. Click on Personal Administration Tool (PAT)
4. Select the Location: Paradise Valley College
5. In the Memo Address Box: Type in your entire Email address and your Password
6. Click on Login
 
7. Select My Profile from the top tab.
 

8. Type in a new Password in both password boxes.

A valid password is at least seven characters in length and consists of at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter and at least one number.
9. NOTE: The “Password Change Applies To” boxes should be check marked for both the Directory and Email Passwords
10. Click on the Submit button (just above the Additional Information section) your password will be saved.
11. Logout of the PAT system.
 
To verify the password was changed .
1. Type http://pvmail.maricopa.edu in the address Location bar.
2. Click on WebMail ­ Web E-mail Access
3. Type your user name (firstname.lastname) in front of @pvmail.maricopa.edu
4. Click on Login
6. Remember to Logout when you are done
 

 If you changed your Password, and Can Not send a message, it is because the SMTP outgoing mail settings are wrong.
