Stop/Suspend Memo Messages:
If you will not be reading your memo for an extended period of time (eg Summer Leave, Medical Leave) you will want to suspend your email so that your memo account will not fill up.
1. Open Netscape (NOTE: Web Mail will not work in Internet Explorer on a Mac) You must be on Netscape 7.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 6 or higher)
2. Type http://pvmail.maricopa.edu in the location bar
3. Click on Personal Administration Tool (PAT)
4. Select the Location: Paradise Valley College
5. In the Memo Address Box: Type in your entire Email address and your Password
6. Click on Login
 
7. Select Email Settings from the top tab.
 

8. Click on the Suspend email Button

9. You will get a message that your Forward Reset was successful.
10.Logout of the PAT system.
 
To Cancel your Suspended Email
1. Open Netscape (NOTE: Web Mail will not work in Internet Explorer on a Mac) You must be on Netscape 7.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 6 or higher)
2. Type http://pvmail.maricopa.edu in the location bar
3. Click on Personal Administration Tool (PAT)
4. Select the Location: Paradise Valley College
5. In the Memo Address Box: Type in your entire Email address and your Password
6. Click on Login
 
7. Select Email Settings from the top tab.
 

8. Delete the nomail@nomail.maricopa.edu text in the forward all email box.

9. When the box is empty click on the Forward All Email.
9. You will get a message that your Forward Reset was successful.
10.Logout of the PAT system.
