The goal of the PVCC Emerging Leaders program is to provide an opportunity for participants to identify, develop, and practice leadership skills in order to make positive social change.

See - Hear - Feel - Do

Through the Emerging Leaders Program we invite you to experience leadership by doing. Experiential learning is based on action and reflection. You will participate in various hands-on team building activities, learning that success is dependent on each team's ability to work together. After each experience, we'll take time to reflect on the lessons learned from the activity and it's relevance to the 7 Values of Leadership for Social Change.

Through participation in this experience, you will discover the passion in your life that can lead to courageous acts of leadership and positive social change.
