While the archivist is always on the lookout for new materials to add to the collection and frequently sends reminders to individuals who submit materials on a timely basis, we depend on the entire campus being aware of the PVCC Archives.

When you are producing campus committee reports and minutes, public relations materials, campus publications, organizational charts, presentations and news articles, please think of your archives and submit a copy of such things to us. Just send these materials via intercampus mail to: PVCC Library/Archives. Is it an electronic rather than a paper format? Just send us a zipdisk copy or email the material to Dixie Klatt (dixie.klatt@pvmail.maricopa.edu) as an attachment.

Once you send materials to PVCC Archives you know those materials are available for the entire campus and permanently preserved for future use. If you have questions or would like to learn more about the Archives, please contact us.
