BOOKS

Books provide more in-depth coverage. Some are published on specific subjects (for example, Fluids and Electrolytes by Cynthia Chernecky), while others provide an overview of nursing issues (for example, Nursing in Today's World by Janice R. Ellis).

BOOKS (CIRCULATING COLLECTION)

Search the Library Catalog by title, author, subject, or keyword to find books in the PVCC Library. The Library Catalog is accessible from the Library home page. Most of the nursing books can be found in the call number areas of R-RT. Copies of nursing textbooks are located on nursing reserve at the Circulation/Reserves Desk. Ask a librarian at the Information Desk if you need assistance.

E-BOOKS

Full-text, electronic books on nursing topics are available in all subject areas. Access to eBooks is available by searching the Library Catalog or by clicking on the eBooks link at the Library home page.
