A valid student ID from any of the institutions in the Maricopa County Community College District is required for checking out materials throughout the District.

Student, faculty, and staff photo ID cards may be obtained at the PVCC Campus Safety office located in the KSC Building opposite the PVCC Bookstore.

Community Borrowers can obtain a community borrower card by going to PVCC Admissions & Records, which is located in the KSC Building, and ask for one. The community borrower will need to show that they are a Maricopa County resident, 18 or older, and provide a picture ID. Admissions & Records will give them a form to take to Campus Safety where the card will be made.

Library materials can only be checked out with a valid Maricopa Community College ID.

A lost or stolen card should be reported to the Library as soon as possible to prevent its unauthorized use. You can obtain another ID card at Campus Safety for a $5.00 processing fee.

DVDs/Video tapes - Varies
Periodicals - 1 week
-All other material - In Library Use only

You may have a total of 12 items checked out at a time.

A bill will be sent out with a non-refundable $5.00 fee when materials are four weeks past due. A hold will be placed on the patron's record and Library privileges will be suspended until the fee is paid.

Failure to receive the bill does not remove the responsibility for paying the fee.

As a courtesy to colleagues and classmates, please return materials promptly.
