The Perfect Summer Accessories ...
Music, Books, Movies!

Summer and vacation are an excellent time for some cool tunes, read that fun book and see that movie you've been meaning to see all year. And, the Library has some great selections!
Check out the display on our leisure books, movies and CDs that are perfect for when you're lounging on the beach, in the forest, or anywhere you go this summer. They're even great if you decide to stay indoors to beat the heat. The display table showcases just a small sampling of the leisure books, movies and CDs that we have. To find more titles, browse around in the leisure area.
The display table is located near the west entrance by the pay kiosk, and the display will be up through the summer.

The display is located near the computers and will be available through the end of March.

On Display in the Library

Created by David Bradley
David Bradley, who teaches ceramics and other art classes here at PVCC, designed the sculpture as an interactive piece--it can be looked at, touched and played. Included with the sculpture are three sticks, which can be used to gently tap different areas of the sculpture. Each section gives off a different tone.
This piece is on loan to the library for an indefinite period of time. It is located on the new arrivals shelves in front of the Circulation Desk and can be viewed during the Library's open hours.
