Tiziana began tutoring in the LSC in Spring 2008. She has a B.A. degree from Northwest University, and a MEd from Seattle University in Washington State, where she also completed the TESL post graduate advanced certification program. Tiziana has been teaching ESL and English composition courses at PVCC since 2004. She was born and raised in Bari, Italy, and moved to the USA as an adult, therefore she is able to empathize with learning challenges that ESL students might face. In her free time, Tiziana enjoys long walks in the park, playing board games with her 2 children, and reading Jane Austen and Charlotte Bronte. She also loves to cook, draw, and plays the guitar. Her favorite book is Pride and Prejudice. She’s read it several times and has watched every movie ever made.
