Lily Fultz, David Gerkin, Chrystle Hall, Paul Marsh, Sandy McDill, Scott Meek, Richard Morales, Esther Schon, Rick Sheets, Jennifer Strickland

• Discussed having PSA President, Dawn Higgins identify areas of concern in PSA policy manual (Jo Ann will connect with her)
• Invite Laurel Smith to next MAT meeting to discuss areas identified by Dawn Higgins (Larry will work on HR issues)
• Invite MCCCD PSA President at a later date to also identify areas of concerns
• Mat dues discussion (Ken will meet with Ester to turn over records)
• Establish training and mentorship program for new MAT – (Rick Sheets will talk with E&OL about a way to include new MAT in staff development mentoring program)
• Encourage MAT to print a copy of the PSA Policy manual or manuals of other policy groups responsible to them
• Goal of MAT for the remainder of spring 2005 is to get organized (regroup, set goals, establish identity, promote participation, support for group and each other, promote professionalism, community involvement).
• Review of policy and procedures (all appropriate policy groups) will be a standing agenda item.

  Rick Sheets is working on updating the MAT web page.

  Meeting dates for the remainder of the fiscal year are:
    • Thursday, March 10, 2005 at 2:30 in E120
    • Thursday April 28, 2005 at 2:30 in E120
